Where is my order, and how do I track shipping?

Order lookup and shipment tracking live on the orders page. If something looks wrong with an order, pick “Product support” above and include your order number.

How do I reset or reconnect my sensor?

Setup and reconnection walkthroughs are in the support hub. If you’re still stuck after that, send us the details and we’ll help. “Product support” is the right department.

Do I need a subscription?

Pro is optional. The sensor and its core readings are included with the device. Optional paid tiers add history, AI insights, and multi-sensor features. See pricing for the breakdown.

How do I request, export, or delete my data?

Use the self-serve privacy data portal for access, export, correction, and deletion. It’s the fastest path; the “Privacy & data requests” department here is the fallback if you’d rather write to a person.

What’s the warranty, and how do returns work?
