Bought directly from Terrestream
You may return an unused, undamaged device in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a buyer’s-remorse refund.
- Original outbound shipping is non-refundable, and you pay the return shipping cost.
- An opened, non-defective return may have a restocking fee of up to 15% where state or provincial law allows. This fee does not apply to DOA returns or returns required by mandatory consumer law.
Dead on arrival: 14-day replacement
If a device bought from Terrestream or Amazon fails to power on or pass its factory self-test within 14 days of delivery, Terrestream provides a free replacement and prepaid return shipping.
Bought from Amazon or another reseller
Amazon purchases follow Amazon’s current return and refund policy. Submit an Amazon-channel refund through your Amazon account; Terrestream does not process that refund.
For another authorized reseller, that reseller’s return policy applies. The Terrestream limited hardware warranty remains independent of the reseller return policy.
