Return it within 30 days of delivery, even if you've opened and used it. You pay return shipping.
- Include everything that came in the box: the sensor, the USB-C cable, the power adapter and the printed guide.
- The device must have no damage beyond normal use.
- We refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
- There is no restocking fee on your first return. Later returns of opened devices that aren't defective may have a restocking fee of up to 15% where state or provincial law allows. The fee never applies to defective devices or to returns required by mandatory consumer law.
Dead on arrival: 14-day replacement
If a device bought from Terrestream or Amazon fails to power on or pass its factory self-test within 14 days of delivery, Terrestream provides a free replacement and prepaid return shipping.
After those 14 days, the 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Open a support request with your order number to start a warranty claim.
Bought from Amazon or another reseller
Amazon purchases follow Amazon’s current return and refund policy. Submit an Amazon-channel refund through your Amazon account; Terrestream does not process that refund.
For another authorized reseller, that reseller’s return policy applies. The Terrestream limited hardware warranty remains independent of the reseller return policy.

Open a support request with your order number, purchase channel, and a description of the problem. We will use the request to provide the applicable RMA and return instructions.
