The evidence

This room is cooling quickly.

Down 11°F over 90 minutes. Outside: 14°F. A window or heating issue could explain the change.

Next check: Inspect windows and room heating. Confirm the cause on site.

One room view. Year-round value.

Start with winter.
Keep learning all year.

Room measurements and outdoor context help teams decide what to inspect next.

Cold rooms

Spot unexpected cooling and prioritize a check before conditions worsen.

Ventilation

Use COâ‚‚ trends to investigate ventilation concerns in occupied spaces.

Moisture conditions

Investigate sustained humidity and conditions associated with condensation risk.

HVAC performance

Find room patterns that merit an equipment or schedule check.

Room sensors measure local conditions. Window position, pipe temperature, and mold presence require separate investigation.

For facilities, IT, and procurement

Clear answers.
A confident start.

Does it know that a window is open?

It measures room conditions. Cooling patterns and outdoor conditions can suggest heat loss; a person checks the window, heating, and other possible causes.

Does this replace our inspection program?

No. Monitoring helps prioritize checks. Required inspections, heat protection, maintenance, and insurer requirements remain part of your program.

What if a sensor goes offline?

The room view shows missing or stale readings as unknown. Use a fallback check when reliable readings are unavailable.

What about email, text, and phone alerts?

Team escalation is planned. Automatic incident evaluation and production alert delivery are not currently offered.

What will purchasing need?

A scoped quote, commercial terms, network requirements, and a deployment plan. Requested data-processing and insurance requirements are reviewed during procurement; availability and coverage depend on approved documents and actual policies.
